If you have reason to suspect that your intellectual property rights have been infringed in any way that connects to our site, we strongly advise that you contact our copyright agent with a complaint as soon as possible. We take all violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 extremely seriously. In order to ensure your complaint remains legitimate under the DCMA, please ensure your copyright complaint contains all of the following information:

• A signature, electronic or physical, of an individual who has been authorized to represent you, the copyright holder;

• Clear identification of the copyrighted item(s) in question, as well as identification of the work(s) infringing on the copyright holder’s intellectual property rights;

• Contact information for you, the copyright holder, that Watchtv24 inc can use to contact you, including your full name, telephone number, physical address and e-mail address;

• A written letter stating that you, the copyright holder, “in good faith believes that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law”;

• A written letter stating that all of the information provided in the statement above is wholly accurate, and reaffirming that the writer of said letter has been legally authorized, under penalty of perjury, to represent you, the copyright holder.

• The statement of complaint that you provide us, containing all of the above information, should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent by email to one of the respective contact addresses below: office@d-tv.co.il

d-TV is only provides public TV/Radio stations. Please consider all of our channels are in our database only assuming they are free to the public. We don't own streams of the channels, we don't broadcast any of the stations therefore we are not responsible for their contents, please contact the channel's provider in case of any infringement by them.

d-tv respects the intellectual property law and intellectual property rights. d-tv maintains a policy of termination of the service for infringements. If your stream or station has been provided in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please forward the following information to office@d-tv.co.il, designated as such pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copy right Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2):

- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted stream/station that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the alleged infringing material is located.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- And a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We will review and take action within the fastest time frame possible.
